Employees later told me that immediately after I left they were told a completely fabricated reason as to why I left. I was definitely not, so I had no choice but to resign. I needed to decide if I was OK with this and if I wanted to return. I was told that “I always really advocated for the client” so they thought maybe I would have a hard time with that. They were referring away a lot of clients, including emergencies. They had become very busy and their focus now was on not booking the doctors too heavily and with not overwhelming the technical staff. Went in for a meeting to discuss my schedule and was told that in fact they weren’t sure if it “was a good fit” anymore. I was asked to return to work by my Manager. This was just before Covid, so I extended my leave during the pandemic. The management pretends to appreciate and care for you, but they are only looking for a reason to get rid of you.Īfter over 18 years, I took what was supposed to be a short leave of absence. before your shift and you have written permission from corporation to stay late from management, and only have to deal with your doctors and co workers, it is good. It can be anything from an "inappropriate earring" to not have written permission to stay late, even though your doctor asked you. They are not honest and are always looking for a reason to reprimand you. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?ĭo not trust the management. They do not care about you and are eager to replace you.

Don't trust or confide in any type of managment or supervisor. They "blow smoke" pretending to appreciate you, but when you have a problem, they frighten and scare you into submission. The pressure and unnecessary bully and intimidation from management is really not appreciated.
